無錫市奧卡爾木業(yè)有限公司擁有大幅面(2135mm)空心擠壓刨花板專利設(shè)備（發(fā)明專利號：201110359812） ，采用先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)工藝和技術(shù)率先在國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)E1級橫孔空心刨花板，從而改變了國內(nèi)長期以來該產(chǎn)品一直是窄幅面(1250mm)豎孔空心刨花板的局面。
本公司生產(chǎn)的橫孔空心刨花板，規(guī)格為2135*915*24/28/30/33/38mm，密度為320kg/m3，空心孔徑為20-27mm，孔周邊間距為4mm，孔邊與板面、底間距為4mm。重量很輕，不到傳統(tǒng)刨花板的一半。該產(chǎn)品因采用空心結(jié)構(gòu)，選用優(yōu)質(zhì)木片，經(jīng)粉碎-干燥-篩選-施膠（加防水劑）經(jīng)高溫、高壓擠壓而成，因此該產(chǎn)品經(jīng)復(fù)合中密度板后具有優(yōu)良的物理性能。抗沖擊力達(dá)20kg/cm2；保溫效果相當(dāng)于300mm傳統(tǒng)磚墻；隔音可達(dá)26分貝以上；吸水厚度膨脹率小于2%；本公司產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定，隔音、隔熱效果十分顯著，特別適合制作平板門芯、家具臺面及辦公場所的隔斷。

Okal Wood industry Co., Ltd has patent equipment of large format (2135mm) hollow extruded particleboard. It is the first company to produce Grade E1 transverse hole extruded tubular particleboard in the country that use the advanced production technique and technology by the patent equipment. It has changed the situation that the proudct has been a narrow width (1250mm) vertical hole extrude tubular patticleboard.
The specifications of transvese hole extruded tubular particleboards produced by our company come to 2135*915*24/28/30/33/38 (mm) with the density up to 350kg/m3, hollow aperture up to 20-27mm, peripheral distances of aperture up to 4mm and the distances between aperture edge, plate surface and bottom up to 4 mm. It has light weight, which is half as much as that of the traditional shaving boards. The product is made under high pressure and temperature with a hollow structure and excellent wood chips through the process from pulverization to dryness,  Our product characterizing with stable quality and remarkable sound-proof and heat insulation effects, especially applies to the heartwood of plain batten door, furniture panel and partition board of offices.
