旋轉式熱風循環烘烤爐分電熱式、燃油式和燃氣式三大類，可以用來烘烤各種面包（吐司面包、法式面包、漢堡）、蛋糕、月餅、餅干以及烤制家禽等肉制品。廣泛適用于食品廠、超市、面包房、機關、單位食堂等眾多場所，也適用于個體的食品加工以及蛋糕房西餅屋等食品焙烤場所。
本烤爐以電、燃油、燃氣為加熱能源。整體采用拼裝式結構。門面、烤室內膽采用不銹鋼板材料制作，不銹鋼活動臺式烤架，可拆卸，方便運輸，采用掛鉤旋轉或底部軸承旋轉，鼓風式強制熱風循環加熱，大大提高了熱傳遞功效，縮短了加熱時間，以使更加節約能源，由于采用熱風旋轉加臺車旋轉，因此加熱絕對均勻，烘烤食品無色差。為了使烤制的食品口感更好，溫度更適合，在熱風的出口處設置風量調節及加濕裝置，特別適用于烘烤蛋黃派等對色澤要求比較嚴格的蛋糕，受到國內外廣大用戶的歡迎。
