本品為單組份室溫濕氣固化聚氨酯高強度結構粘合密封膠。呈膏狀、無毒、無味、無溶劑、無腐蝕、不污染環境，固化后的膠層為橡膠狀，有良好的彈性，在-50℃～-100℃下保持其性能長期不變；具有優良的氣密性、耐水性、耐油性、耐候性、耐老化、耐振動疲勞、耐低溫、耐鹽霧、不霉變、室溫固化等特點，能夠嵌填垂直接縫和頂縫。廣泛適用于金屬、船舶、航空、航天、制冷設備、建筑幕墻、建筑門窗、市政工程、隧道工程、高速公路、機場跑道、通風管道、空調器、石油化工、化工管道儀器、儀表機械、汽車、火車及集裝的密封中，具有固化速度快、施工方便、與玻璃、金屬、油漆等多種基材粘接相容性好，粘接強度高等特性，是粘結密封的理想材料。

It is a single component,room temperature wet cured high adhesive polyurethane sealant in paste form,atoxic,odourless.none-solvent,none-corrosion and no pollution to the environment.It has a good elasticity after solidified to be in rubber form and keeps its performances constantly in-50℃-100℃.It also has its excellent characteristics including airproof,resistance to watr,oil,weather
,aging, vibration and fatigue,low temperature,salt and fog an mildew as well as solidifying at room temperature.It can fill and wedge vertical joint And top joint and be widely used for sealing of the metal, vessel, aviation, space, refrigeration equipment, building screen wall,building door and window,municipal engineering, tunnel engineering, superhighway, airport runway, ventilation pipeline, air conditioner, petrochemistry, chemical pipeline, instruments, meters, machinery, automobiles, trains and containers,It has fast solidifying property and conveniently used in construction.It is the perfect adhesive sealant for basic materials consist of glass, metal, paint and etc as well as high strength adhesive force.

1. 用沾有丙酮、乙醇等有機溶劑的棉紗清除施膠部位的銹蝕物、灰塵、水分、油污等 
2. 鋁管包裝:將噴嘴切成適宜的斜面，除去鋁管后面的金屬鉑蓋，將管口充分刺開，用手動或氣動膠槍將膠料擠入施工部位，在表干時間內迅速粘接。 
3. 鋁膜包裝:將膠嘴切成適宜的斜面,剪開鋁膜端封口放入膠槍內,將膠嘴卡住鋁膜的剪口,擰上膠槍封蓋,用手動或汽動膠槍將膠料擠入施工部位,在表干時間內迅速粘接. 
4.用竹片或刮片將膠料抹平，對個別部位進行修整。 
5. 待干燥后方能觸摸，并要防止臟物沾污。 
6. 在溫度5℃~40℃，濕度65%~75%RH下施工最佳。 
7. 低溫使用時密封膠粘度變大，擠出稍困難是正常情況，可預先適度加熱，便恢復起原有擠出性。請選用聚氨酯密封膠專用槍。 
8. 為保持接縫兩側潔凈而使用保護膠帶時，應在密封膠固化前撕去保護膠帶。

1.Use cotton yarn with acetone ethanol and other organic solvent to clean away rust dust water oil etc.

2.Cloose matched cleaning agent or bottom painting agent of our company if necessary.

3.Cut muzzle into appopriate slope, remove metal platinum cover at the end of aluminum tube and stab tube open part enough for use.Wedge in sealant into application places with hand or pneumatic gun and conglutinate rapidly with in the surface drying time.

4.Touch after drying and prevent stained with dust.

5.Best used in 5℃-40℃ and humidty 65%-75%RH.

6.The viscosity will become bigger when used under low temperature;it will be a little difficult to squeeae out.In this case, it can be heated suitably to regain its nature and used easily.Please use polyurethane sealant special gun.

7.Tear off the tape before sealant solidifying. when use tape for keeping clean two sides of joints

8.Clean with alcohol quickly .If contact with non-workable surface or skin.

運 輸：在運輸過程中，應輕搬輕放，不可將包裝破壞，以免影響使用。

Delivery:piease carry and put the products light in the process of delivery,don't damage the package so as not to affect the use.

儲 存：最宜在25℃以下干燥庫房內儲存，延期儲存時，溫度不應超過30℃。

Storage:It's the best to store the product in dry warehouse below 25℃,the tempurature shuould not be higher than 30℃for longer storage.

保 質 期：25℃以下九個月，過期經檢驗合格后仍可使用。

Shelf life:9 months below 25℃,enen if over the shelf life,it still can be used after being checked and qualified.
