生態板材生產、倉儲、使用簡介

    生態板材顧名思義是一種近似原生態綠色環保板。該系列產品：多層生態板、細木工生態板、高密度生態板、中密度生態板、刨花生態板。經歷近些年的摸索與技術改進，通過深加工而成，結合現代家具行業、衛浴行業、廚具產業對生態板材的大量采用，我公司及時引進先進技術，按國際質量標準要求，制定成熟實用的生產工藝流程。生態板材生產過程實行全封閉無塵車間作業。

    該產品等級分為：無醛生態板材，E0生態板材，E1生態板材三大類別。該產品的主要技術指標以甲醛釋放量和加工程度為標準定等級。

特定性能：

    生態板系列產品具有防潮、防水、結構穩定不易變形、密度高、握釘性能好、表面處理后有密封作用易于手工加工和機械加工、易于開榫拼接、表面紋理清晰逼真的特性，同時帶有木質清香氣味。針對E0、E1等級排放量的基材，經過加工完成后，基材芯層內部微量（即國家標準允許的排放量）甲醛已全部密封。封閉在產品內層的甲醛隨著時間和溫差的變化逐漸消除。

倉儲條件要求：

1、本產品必須與甲醛含量為E1級以上的產品隔離儲存，防止空氣中的游離甲醛吸附在本產品上。

2、本產品與易腐蝕的化工產品須隔離存放。

3、倉儲溫度：10℃—28℃，濕度:60%—85%。

4、防暴曬，不適宜在45℃以上的環境儲存，防銳利器劃刮。  

適用范圍：

    本產品適用于臨時水池的制作、臨時水產養殖場的魚箱、衛浴櫥柜、浴室地板、板式門板、強化地板、辦公家具、快餐桌凳、公共場館椅凳、家用櫥柜、衣柜、酒店家具等產業領域中。

Storage conditions and requirements:
1, the product must have the formaldehyde content of their products for        storage, to prevent the adsorption of free formaldehyde in the air in the product.
2, the product and corrosive chemical products must be kept separate.
3, storage temperature: 10℃- 28℃; humidity :60% - 85%.
4, sun protection; 45℃above does not fit in the environment ;sharp objects scrape prevention.
