伯能光學（BNO）的全資控股公司——深圳新北環電子科技有限公司成立于２００４年１月，是一家結合研發設計、生產制造及營銷于一體的專業ｃａｂｌｅ、天線和真空鍍膜產品的廠家。主要產品用于筆記本電腦、手機及平板電腦等。經過多年的誠實經營，新北環現在深圳．東莞，湖北黃岡均設有生產基地，擁有１０００多名訓練有素的員工及強有力的管理隊伍，精良的設備，完善的品質管理體系。

伯能光學（BNO）工廠位于深圳市觀瀾君子布工業區。車間配有完整的生產流水線及先進的生產設備，有良好的防靜電設施。本公司在深圳觀瀾鎮擁有面積2200多平米的廠房，其中一期已建成１900平米的凈化廠房（其中鍍膜區為千級，其它凈化區為萬級），。
