JQD-40J整機底座采用鑄造件，鋼性強，穩定性好；精密直線矩形導軌，有預緊，鋼性好，精度高；研磨級精密滾珠絲桿有預緊，精度高；接口采用國際標準G代碼指令，兼容國內外雕刻軟件，操作實用簡便。主要適用高頻模、滴塑模、紫銅電極、五金加工、小型模具及相關行業。

　　The main frame of JQD-40J abopts castings to structure a case-type base with strong rigidity and good stability. The precision straight guide rail has pretension, good rigidity and high accuracy. The grinding grae precision ball guide screw has pretension and high accuracy. The interface adopts international standard G code instructions which is compatible with domestic and foreign engraving software and is easily and conveniently operated. It is mainly suitable for high frequency mould, plastic dropping mould, red copper electrode, hardware proccessing, small moulds and relative industries.
