Their products got a smooth surface, high flatness and fracture toughness.  It’s widely used as building materials and in making vehicle, pressure vessel and machinery.
     在表面處理方面,漣鋼1.4普熱軋板卷板面平直,光滑,可以直接除油噴漆,效果好,附著力高,而且鋼質(zhì)純正,夾渣少,可滿足大部份,酸洗,鍍藍(lán)鋅,鍍彩鋅的表面處理要求.
Their products are also good for coating.  They got smooth and flat surfaces which enables worker to paint on the steel directly.  They are highly purified, which meets the requirement for further process like acid pickling, blue zinc coating and color-plated zinc
     漣鋼的1.4普熱軋板卷厚度控制精良,以1.4MM產(chǎn)品為例,實(shí)際厚度可達(dá)到1.38到1.4之間,而且板邊與板心的厚度偏差少,適合于精密沖壓的高精厚度要求.
Their products are famous for the deviation of the thickness of their product. Take T=5.5mm product as an example, their actual thickness can reach 5.45mm to 5.50mm, and the deviation of the thickness of its edge and  center is very small and can meet with precision stamping and making products with high requirement on thinness.
