本鋼浦項的冷軋板得到POSCO的管理，技術支持，所出品的冷軋鋼板，板形平直度好，色澤均勻，拉伸能力好。普通SPCC等級產品，其延伸率高達40%左右，遠遠高于其它同類產品的35%左右。所以本鋼浦項的產品能勝任折彎180度，一般性拉伸等機械加工要求。適用用電氣電箱，普通拉伸五金件，鋼管，小型水泵外罩，汽車部件等。DC系列拉伸用冷軋鋼板是本鋼浦項針對不同拉深要求客戶所設計的產品,能滿足絕大多數部件的拉伸要求.

BX Steel Posco Cold Rolled Sheet CO., Ltd is technically and managerially supported by Posco and their cold rolled steel sheet is famous for high flatness, high elongation and high color uniformity. The elongation of their SPCC grade product is 40%, 5% higher than products from other manufacturers, as a result, their products are capable of being bent for 180 degrees and meet with the requires of machining for home appliances, light deep punching hardware, case for small pumps, automobile parts and so on. Products of DC series cold rolled steel sheet with high elongation is aimed to satisfy with the requirements for deep punching from different customers and can meet with the elongation requirement of most products.

       在表面處理能力方面，本浦具有表面晶粒細致，色澤均勻，表面涂層附著力高等優點，完全勝任直接除油噴油漆，靜電式噴涂，電鍍鋅，電鍍鉻,電鍍鎳等較高要求表面處理。但由于本鋼浦項產冷軋板一般為麻面板, 皺面(防滑)鍍鉻,鍍鎳的表面處理完全勝任,但要求所以要求鏡面電鍍的客戶,需要謹慎使用.

BX Steel Posco Cold Rolled Sheet CO., Ltd’s products got smooth surfaces, high color uniformity and high surface coating adhesion, which completely meet with processes that have high requirements on surface quality like de-oiling and painting operation, electrostatic painting, electro galvanizing, and ni-coating on brushed surface for anti-skidding. Due to the fact that most of the cold rolled steel sheets are with a brushed surface and it’s not advised to be use for mirror electro coating.

      本鋼浦項冷軋板的厚度控制偏于負差，以1.0冷軋板為例，其實際測量厚度在0.93到1.0之間，普遍在0.93到0.95之間，對于要求非常精密的產品，需要謹慎使用。
